Among the most elegant things ever invented by mankind, sailboats racing in regattas are in a good position.

At least that’s how I see it.  They’re always a pleasure to watch (except when there is no wind at all, in which case it becomes kind of boring) and, in my case, to photograph.  Except when I get seasick.

But that’s another story.
